Alex has been a part of The Little Gym his whole life… literally! He attended the first The Little Gym as a child in Washington where he developed a love of sports that has remained with him to this day. Alex has been a part of The Little Gym International since 2001, and currently oversees strategic direction for the service, marketing, training, and brand development departments.

When not at the office, Alex can be found on the golf course or hanging out with his wife and three kids.

Rita Goldberg has spent her life around pools, and in doing so, is well aware of the dangers they pose to children. In the USA, accidental drownings are the number one cause of death for children under 5. Rita set out to do something about it. In 1981, Rita opened her own private Swim School in the basement of her home in Manchester, England. It was here she began to develop the unique teaching methods that have become a recognized trademark of British Swim School.

Rita has since spent decades focusing on developing partnerships with national fitness clubs and a variety of other types of locations. Now, thanks to Rita’s dedication, British Swim School Owners are capitalizing on a model that allows them to open multiple pools, with minimal investment. The organization reaches more than 12,000 students per week and conducted more than 500,000 swimming lessons in 2016, and as Rita puts it, “It’s hard to believe, but we are really only just getting started”.

Sharon Rennecke is a dynamic author, speaker and motivator. She offers tools and topics to turn relationships around; be that personal or in business. Since her start in women’s fitness coaching, she has been coaching and leading women since 2008. A volunteer life coach for Choices International Programs since 2011; she is passionate about giving back to a program that changes so many hearts, including her own. In 2012 she took her formal life coaching through The Coaches Training Institute in California to not only enhance her group coaching, but also build a strong one on one coaching business apptly named “Dare to Shine”.
